A late long standing socialist councillor of Irish origin, who was popular amongst his peers. So much so that they took over Cybi Hall on Trearddur Square and made it into an Unemployed Workers Centre which employs a couple of people and provides educational and development opportunities for....well, unemployed workers. Relevance to Jimmy O'Toole? It's named after him of course.
Being as they named Cybi Hall after Jimmy O'Toole, do you think they will name something after JV too?

A nightclub in Bangor where every once in a while you would go when all the womenfolk of Holyhead were fed up to the back teeth of you. You would be charged loads to get in, the drinks would be expensive, but it was A NIGHTCLUB and therefore you would feel like Tom Cruise at a Hollywood ball inside. Then back home on the Local Yokel with other people who had failed to pull.
"Goin' down the Cambaria tonight yeah?" "No, no. Going to the Octagon for a dance yeah."
